By making a booking with us you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

• This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the user accepts that the landowner maintains control and possession of the field at all times.

• Use of the field is entirely at the users own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or whilst on the property. 

• We will not be held responsible for any dog escaping from the field. The user is responsible for their dog at all times whilst on the property.        

• Please respect our neighbours and do not park outside of the designated parking area.

• All visitors must respect livestock on the adjacent field.  Please ensure you act responsibly and  do not allow your dog to aggressively challenge or confront livestock.  We kindly ask that you act responsibly and call dogs away from the boundary fence if this happens.  Irresponsible dog owners will not be permitted on the field. 

 

Booking

• All bookings are to be made via the website a-maze-in-dog-walks.com

• Only one car is permitted per booking and a maximum of three dogs at any one time.

• Bookings are in 30 minute and 60 minute slots (inclusive of arrival and departure). Please ensure you vacate the field promptly in order for the next user to start their session on time.

• Payment for field hire is required at the time of booking. The booking will not be valid without payment and a confirmation email.

• The combination to the padlock will be sent to you in the confirmation email.  The combination is changed daily and must not be shared.

• Bookings are non-transferable. The person who made the booking must be present and ensure that anyone accompanying is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.

• Unfortunately, if you arrive late the booking cannot be extended.

 

Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled up to 24 hours before your time slot, however they can be transferred to another mutually agreeable time, if notification is given 4 hours prior to your booking time.

• We reserve the right to cancel or change time slots if deemed necessary.

 

The Field

• The field and fencing is checked daily to ensure cleanliness and security but please contact us if you have any concerns.

• Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. If digging does occur please ensure holes are filled in prior to leaving the field.

• Please take your toys and litter home with you.

• It is your responsibility to pick up your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the bin provided.

• No smoking is permitted on the field.

• Please ensure that you lock up securely when you leave.

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your time slot.

Parking

• All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owners risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss/damage whilst on the property. 

• On arrival, park in the designated parking area and please remain in your car until the previous user has vacated the field.

• It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.

Children

• Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
